The final phase of the development, the large barn and associated potager (raised bed garden) was substantially completed in 2022 and now houses Annie's art studio / pottery, my workshop and a games room.
The fully fenced potager has several raised beds (made from the felled fir trees) which are seasonally planted with fruits and vegetables, the hope being to keep chickens at some point.
