A few regional delicacies and a decent bottle of the local Bergerac wine awaits your arrival, at which time you will be shown around and introduced to the immediate facilities. Changeover is on Saturdays and guests are kindly requested to depart by 10.00am to allow cleaning for subsequent visitors. Arrival is any time after 5.00pm although bag drop-off is OK (by prior agreement) if you plan to arrive earlier.
Our weekly rates are comprehensive and include all linen and towels (excluding pool towels), utilities (including BBQ gas bottles) and sometimes expensive local tourist taxes. A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking, payable within 7 days, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday. A £300 security deposit is also payable alongside the balancing payment, returnable in full within two weeks of departure from the property, subject to no damage or any exceptional cleaning.
In the event of a cancellation the owners will make every effort to re-let the property, but penalties may apply. We therefore suggest that our guests take out additional travel insurance for their own protection. Payment via bank transfer is preferred although a Sterling cheque (via a UK bank) or a Euro cheque (via a French bank) are also possible. For late bookings an electronic bank transfer is requested.
Please note that smoking is not permitted and that pets can only be welcomed out of peak season or by prior arrangement (additional cleaning charges will apply). Non-Saturday changeovers and partial weeks will also be considered outside of the peak letting season - please contact us to review your requirements.
